We strive to ensure all descriptions and pricing of our coffee beans and equipment are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
All roasted coffee bean prices are inclusive of applicable VAT in Bangladesh. Prices for high-end espresso machines may change without notice due to import duty fluctuations and global supply chain conditions.
3. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver across Bangladesh. For Dhaka city, we typically deliver within 24-48 hours. For locations outside Dhaka, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days via our partner couriers.
While we aim for timely delivery, Coffee Lab Bangladesh is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political strikes or extreme weather). Proper address and contact information must be provided to ensure successful delivery.
4. Payments and Security
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Dhaka, and various digital payment methods including BKash, Nagad, and major credit/debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
Your financial security is paramount. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed through industry-standard secure channels.
5. Intellectual Property
The Coffee Lab Bangladesh logo, website design, and all original content (including product photography and coffee guides) are the exclusive property of Coffee Lab Bangladesh and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Any unauthorized use of our brand assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from our management team.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
